As a member of the Domestic & International Tax Team, Antoinette Ellison focuses her practice on the resolution of federal and state tax-controversies on behalf of individual and corporate taxpayers and litigation. Her experience includes trial preparation and trials in proceedings before the U.S. Tax Court, and U.S. district courts. Ms. Ellison has served as lead counsel in complex business litigation and insurance coverage matters. She also has extensive experience dealing with government agencies including U.S. Customs & Border Protection. This experience includes dealing with inquiries regarding the importing of products into the U.S.
